涡旋喷射节水马桶的系统设计与分析

【摘要】 针对现有节水马桶洁净度不高,机械系统复杂易坏,研制了一种涡旋喷射节水马桶系统装置。系统以STC89C52单片机作为主控制器,并结合继电器、电磁阀等完成了系统的硬件设计;以Keil uvision4为软件设计设计平台编写了系统程序。并设计了一种涡旋喷射喷头,实现了一种节水、水压要求低且清洗洁净度高的节水型坐便器。为了验证该系统装置的节水效果,利用FLUENT软件对涡旋喷射喷头和普通喷头进行速度和压力的对比分析,分析结果表明,本系统装置的喷头出口有较好的速度和压力,具有良好的节水性能。系统通过水封回复、平均用水量和排放性能测试,测试结果表明该系统在电磁阀依次导通时间为2/2/4.5s时综合性能最佳,并比普通节水马桶节水43%。

【Abstract】 It has developed a kind of vortex injection water-saving closestool system device,which in view of the existing water saving toilet cleanliness is not high,and the mechanical system is complex and easily broken. The system uses STC89C52 MCU as the main controller,and completes hardware design of the system in the combination of the relay,electromagnetic valve and so on;it uses Keil uvision4 as software design platform for the preparation of the system program.And it designes a vortex jet nozzle,to achieve a kind of water-saving closestool that water-saving,low water pressure and high clean degree of washing. In order to verify the effect of water-saving of this system device,it makes a comparative analysis of velocity and pressure on vortex jet nozzle and the common nozzle by using FLUENT software. The analysis results show that the nozzle exit of this system device has better speed and pressure,with good water saving performance. Through the water seal to reply,average consumption of water and the discharge performance of system testing,test results show that the system in the electromagnetic valve orderly turn-on time is 2/2/4.5s the best comprehensive properties,and more than ordinary water saving toilet water-saving 43%.
