可拆卸自平衡担架床的研究与设计

【摘要】 针对利用普通担架在地势不平的场合实施救援容易给伤病员带来二次伤害的问题,研究了一种能够使伤病员保持平躺状态的可拆卸自平衡担架床。利用连杆机构传递运动,并把担架床设计成可拆卸结构。利用倾角传感器测得担架倾斜角度并发送至ARM单片机,ARM单片机处理数据后向驱动器发送指令,控制电动推杆动作,带动内侧可调节担架摆动以达到水平,误差在±1°以内。担架床可在行进中保持水平状态,避免了因倾斜使病情加重的情况,减少了伤病员在救援过程中受到的二次伤害。

【Abstract】 As extra injury was inclined to be suffered by the sick and the wounded when a common stretcher was used to rescue them in rugged places,a detachable self-balancing stretcher bed that could make the sick and the wounded keep a horizontal posture was studied.The stretcher bed was designed to be detachable structure,while linkage was used to transfer movements.By utilizing a high-precision angle tilt sensor,the inclination of the stretcher bed was measured and was sent to an ARM MCU and was dealt with in the ARM MCU.Thereafter commands were sent to a driver to control the motion of an actuator.Since driven by the actuator,the inner adjustable stretcher could adjust its own posture to keep level,within a ±1° error.The stretcher bed could keep level in the process of moving,which reduces the chance of making the patient get hurt and suffer extra injury.
