复合型连接件的可靠性分析

【摘要】 运用弹塑性有限元方法对含胶接和铆销连接的多材料复合型连接杆组进行应力分析,比较了采用不同连接情况和胶粘材料时复合杆组的承载能力,并确定了复合杆组可靠度计算准则。采用Monte Carlo法分析在轴向拉力作用下复合型连接杆组的可靠性,并分析了杆组中各结构几何尺寸、材料力学属性等对复合杆组可靠度影响的灵敏度。结果表明,采用铆销与胶接的复合连接方式可提高杆组的承载能力和可靠度,并可在一定程度上降低粘胶剂的影响,但应控制合适的胶接长度和铆销尺寸;在一定范围内加大接头截面厚度、减小胶接长度,能有效提高复合杆组的可靠度。

【Abstract】 The stress of a composite joint including different materials connected with gluing and riveting was analyzed using elastic-plastic Finite Element Method(FEM).The carrying capacity of the composite joint connected in different ways and different adhesive was compared and its reliability calculative rule was determined.The reliability of the composite joint was computed by Monte Carlo method when the axial pull force is applied to it.Then the reliability sensitivity of the composite joint was studied considering the effects of geometrical parameters and material mechanical properties.It is shown that the joint connected with riveting pins and adhesive simultaneously can increase the carrying capacity and reliability of the composite joint components.At the meantime the composite connection may decrease the effect of adhesive in a way.But the gluing length and riveting pin’s diameter should be controlled properly.Increasing the thickness of the joint and decreasing the gluing length within a certain range can improve the reliability of the composite joint effectively.
