基于ANSYS的塔式起重机抗震分析

【摘要】 对塔式起重机APDL参数化建模型、地震动力和地震谱进行了分析和探讨,在此基础上就QTZ630型塔式起重机系统进行了模态、动力响应和地震谱响应计算分析,分别得到了塔式起重机系统地震谱作用前后振动频率,以及位移响应时间历程。结果对塔式起重机抗震设计及塔式起重机稳定性监测点布局有着实际意义,分析结果明确反映出塔式起重中机在实际工作状态下塔机最大应力位置,为塔机应力监测点布局提供了理论依据,并通过理论推导和模型仿真的方式证明以塔机形变转角作为塔机动力稳定性监测物理量的可行性,使得实现塔机动态稳定性实时监测变得方便可行。

【Abstract】 APDL Parametric modeling,the Seismic Response and earthquake spectral response for the tower crane were analyzed and discussed,based on this QTZ63 modal analysis,dynamic response and earthquake spectral response for the tower cranes system were calculated and analyzed,and the vibration frequency before and after the earthquake spectrum for the tower crane system were respectively obtained as well as the time process of displacement response.The results have practical significance for seismic design and the stability monitoring stations layout of tower crane,and indicate definitely the max stress location of the tower crane in practical working condition,which provide a theoretical basis for the layout of the stress monitoring point.And the feasibility to apply deformation corner as physical quantity monitoring for dynamic stability of the tower crane is proved through the theoretical derivation and model simulation so that it becomes convenient and feasible to realize the real-time monitoring of the dynamic stability of the tower crane.
