土工振动离心机动平衡调节系统设计
Research and Design to Dynamic Balance System of Geotechnical Centrifugal Shaker
【摘要】 土工振动离心机是重要的地震模拟试验设备,动平衡调节系统是保证其正常运行的关键部件,传统的动平衡调节系统已不满足振动离心机使用工况。为了实现振动离心机精确配平,减小离心机在运转过程中产生的不平衡力,设计了电机驱动丝杠转动,丝杠螺母带动配重块在导轨上移动的动平衡调节方案。针对某振动离心机使用工况,设计了动平衡调节系统,并阐述了该系统的运行机理和控制原理,确定了主要件的设计参数。该动平衡调节系统可有效改善振动离心机的运行工况,可为同类振动离心机动平衡调节系统设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Geotechnical centrifugal shaker is an important test equipment for the earthquake simulation,and dynamic balance system is a key component to ensure its operation.Presently,traditional dynamic balance system cannot meet the operating conditions of centrifugal shaker,in order to trim centrifugal shaker exactly,reduce unbalance force in the operating,Aiming at centrifugal shaker’s operation conditions,a dynamic adjusting machine driven by a motor is designed and a trim block driven by a screw pair is connected to the motor.In the paper,the structure of the machine and its control principle are introduced,and the major design parameters of the machine are identified also.Results show that the dynamic balance system can effectively improve the operating conditions of centrifugal shaker,and provide reference for the design of similar geotechnical centrifugal dynamic balance system.
