【Abstract】 NPV Rule is a decision-making rule which takes net present value as a standard to accept or reject any investing or financing project. The NPV rule is also effectively applied in the area of corporate strategy. Firstly, basic theory about the NPV will be introduced. A brief introduction concerning the situation and strength of JD Logistics will be introduced.
