【Abstract】 Based on integrated multi-source heterogeneous data with 3S technology,the thematic databases on background and damage information in seismic area were constructed in this study,and a fast and flexible method for mapping seismic damage space distribution in disaster region was explored.By means of ArcEngine and ComGIS on the.NET platform,a system for earthquake emergency was developed,which could rapidly extract information needed and output thematic maps.In this system,not only was it graphically displayed that resulted from 12322 public service SMS platform for protecting against and mitigating earthquake disaster,but also was the thematic maps making method improved in the assistant decision making system for earthquake response.As a result,the mapping time was shorter 3~10 times than before.更多还原
