【Abstract】 The infrastructure of open device inter-connectivity in NEAS based on the grid-tech has been presents.And the research on device resource unique description and device resource remote access has been made.The article also implements a management platform for national earthquake bureau(NEB)according to NEB’s requirement on its auspice operation.The platform advances the informationization of earthquake observation and gives a promotion to the earthquake auspice criterion of informationization.更多还原
