水污染事件应急响应联动系统设计与实现

【摘要】 在水污染事件应急响应联动系统中,将彩色图像分色技术、地理信息系统(GIS)、数据库技术和模型库技术有机的结合,得到吉林市行政区划分图和松花江流域的地形图以及主要的污染源。系统地归纳、分析和完善整个指挥联动过程中的各种模型,分析和预测自然水体中的水质状况,研究水体中污染物的迁移、扩散、衰减转化的规律,实现数据的动态显示和实时更新,使应急指挥联动系统能够及时、充分的发挥作用。

【Abstract】 In the linkage systems for water pollution,the color image separation technology,the technical model,database technology and geographic information system(GIS)have been integrated,and gain the Jilin City Administrative Region map which has been divided and the Songhua River basin topographic map and the major sources of pollution.The command of the whole process of interaction models has been improved.The natural water quality conditions have been analyzed.The law of the pollution in water systems migrating diffusing,decaying has been studied.The dynamic shows and timely updates in the database have been realized.The emergency command in timely system can promptly and fully play its role In the rescue process thereby realizing information linkage.
