象山隧道挡水墙爆破拆除
Case Study on Blasting Demolition of Water-stopping Wall of Xiangshan Tunnel
【摘要】 象山隧道的混凝土挡水墙和抗剪斜墙与隧道衬砌连成整体,厚度分别为7 m和5 m。为了拆除挡水墙和抗剪斜墙并保证衬砌安全,采用了预留保护层、预钻减震孔、非爆开挖超前导洞、严格控制单段爆破用药量、合理设计爆破参数等技术措施,成功拆除了挡水墙和抗剪斜墙,取得了很好的效果。
【Abstract】 The thicknesses of the concrete water-stopping wall and anti-shearing wall of Xiangshan tunnel are 7 m and 5 m respectively.Countermeasures,including reserving protection layer,drilling vibration-reducing hole,non-blasting pilot heading,strict control of the charging quantity of each interval and rational blasting parameter design,are taken in order to demolish the water-stopping wall and the anti-shearing wall and to ensure the safety of the lining.In the end,good result has been achieved.
