一种提高柴油机瞬态特性的负载预感装置设计与应用

【摘要】 传统柴油发电机组调速系统在承受现代频繁冲击性负载时要求瞬间频率调整率难以控制在3%以内,根据电反应速度快于机械惯性的原理和前馈控制原理,在传统的转速控制系统中增加了负载电流检测单元和负载预感装置,可提前增加柴油机的供油量,起到前馈控制作用,达到提高柴油机的瞬态特性,设计完成一种可提高柴油机瞬态特性的负载预感装置,并通过实物制作与应用测试,达到较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Frequently hitted by the modern load, the traditional speed regulating system of diesel generator set is diffuclt to control the transient frequency within 3%. According to the principle of electrical response speed faster than the mechanical inertia and feedforward control principle, it can increase or decrease ahead of diesel engine fuel when it increases the load current detecting unit and load foreboding device in the traditional speed control system. It has feedforward control effect, improving the transient characteristics of diesel engine. The paper designs a engine load device to imrpove the transient characteristcs of diesel engine. By production and application test, it achieves good results.
