2006-2015年江西省建设用地利用效率时空特征分析

【摘要】 旨在揭示2006-2015年江西省建设用地利用效率的时空演变规律和特征,对区域土地资源可持续利用和统筹协调发展具有重要意义。以江西省92个县(市、区)为研究对象,以2006年、2010年和2015年为时间点,运用数据包络法(DEA)结合deap软件来测算城市土地利用效率,用arcgis10.1作空间聚类分析。结果表明:江西省各县(市、区)城市土地利用效率总体上呈上升趋势,2006-2015年江西省建设用利用效率平均水平由0.89上升至0.95,累积提升率为6.74%,全省土地利用效率较高;江西省城市土地利用效率空间差异较小,主要表现为赣南、赣东北丘陵区的城市土地利用效率较高,赣中、赣北平原区的土地利用效率较低的特征。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution and characteristics of Construction Land use efficiency in Jiangxi province during 2006-2015, which is of great significance for the sustainable use and coordinated development of regional land resources. Taking 92 counties(cities, districts) in Jiangxi province as research objects, taking 2006, 2010 and 2015 as time points, using data envelopment(DEA) combined with deap software to measure urban land use efficiency, data envelopment method(DEA) combined with deap software to measure urban land use efficiency, using ArcGis10.1 for spatial clustering analysis. the results show that: the urban land use efficiency of counties(cities, districts) in Jiangxi province is generally on the rise. From 2006 to 2015, the average urban land use efficiency in Jiangxi province increased from 0.89 to 0.95, and the cumulative increase rate was 6.74%, the province has a high land use efficiency; The spatial difference of urban land use efficiency in Jiangxi province is small, mainly characterized by high urban land use efficiency in the southwestern part of the Jiangxi province and northeastern hilly areas, and low land use efficiency in the central and northern plain areas.
