城市地震救灾路径选择系统仿真

【摘要】 研究城市道路交通运输特点,将地震作用下建筑物、高架桥梁可能遭受的破坏作为影响救灾路径的主要因素即阻断风险或安全性。将路段的震后行程时间和地震前后行程时间差异作为影响通行效率的主要因素即效率风险或效率性。提出分别建立两因素的效用函数,以此建立联合效用函数模型,即路段总风险效用函数。利用交通仿真软件TransCAD,建立以总风险效用函数为输入参数的城市道路地震救灾路径选择模型。通过实证分析,因选择的权重不同,模型输出的救灾路径就不同,所以在实际救灾中应即考虑效率性,又考虑安全性,通过仿真分析,得出最优救灾路径,为灾区救援及运送物资提供最优路径。

【Abstract】 According to the urban traffic transportation characteristic,we considered the possibly damage of building and the high structure bridge caused by earthquake as the primary factor that influence chosen the rescue path after earthquake.The post-earthquake travel time of the road and the drivers’ delay between as the another primary factors were also considered,which is efficiency risk or the efficiency.Establishes two factors’ utility functions to integrate the road disruption risk and efficiency risk.The utility function was taken as the input parameter model the miminal risk routing for post-earthquake urban traffic based on Transcad.Combined with the example,the result show that the model would output different rescue path under the different weight,therefore in the actual rescues,should simultaneously considered the security and the efficiency factor choice minimal risk routing for rescuing.
