基于GIS的生命探测监控系统模型

【摘要】 针对地震、车祸、矿难、火灾等突发事故提供一套协助于人员搜救类工作的指挥调度软件系统,该系统能在事故发生初期对灾害区域人员进行生命探测,探测出未被及时发现的受害人员并将相应的现场信息(包括受害人员位置信息、现场状况、搜救工作人员信息等)通过无线网络传输到指挥调度中心的地理信息系统(GIS)监控平台,通过GIS监控平台的智能分析,能够直观、高效地实现搜救人员指挥调度管理,迅速地响应搜救方案。通过在原型系统模型上面模拟测试,结果表明:该方案能够较好地为搜救类工作的指挥调度服务。

【Abstract】 A set of command and dispatch software system was provided to assist in the work of personnel search and rescue aiming at earthquake,car accident,mining accident,fire disaster,etc.In the early stages of the accident,the system can detect disaster area life which not discovered in time.What is more,it can transmit the corresponding site information(including the affected person location information,site conditions,search and rescue staff information and so on) through a wireless network to the Geographic Information System(GIS) monitoring platform in command center.By the intelligent analysis through GIS monitoring platform,the relevant departments can be intuitive and efficient to command and dispatch the search and rescue staff,rapid response the search and rescue program.By the simulation test of the prototype system model,the results show that: the program can provide better command and dispatch services for the search and rescue class work than conventional.
