【摘要】 自党的十八大首次提出"海洋强国"战略以来,海洋经济被提高到前所未有的战略高度。盐城市海洋空间广阔、海洋资源丰富,在江苏海洋经济格局中占有重要地位。在分析盐城市海洋经济发展基础条件的基础上,对海洋经济总体发展情况进行概括,通过对海洋经济发展存在问题的研究,从优化海洋经济空间布局、构建现代海洋产业体系、推进沿海港城联动发展、强化科技创新引领作用等四个方面提出盐城市海洋经济发展的对策建议,为盐城市发展海洋经济实现海洋强市战略目标提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the strategy of Maritime Power, marine economy has been raised to an unprecedented strategic height. Yancheng has a vast marine space and abundant marine resources, hence its importance in the marine economic pattern of Jiangsu Province. This paper summarizes the overall development of Yancheng’s marine economy based on an analysis of the relevant basic conditions. Through a study of the existing problems, it makes four suggestions for Yancheng to develop its marine economy: optimizing the spatial distribution of marine economy, constructing a modern marine industry system, promoting the interactive development of coastal ports and cities, and strengthening the leading role of sci-tech innovation.更多还原
