【Abstract】 For the purpose of conforming the requirements of the national new urbanization for waste incineration power plants, on the basis of the combing the relevant construction and research status at home and abroad, we tried to construct the site selection system, analyze the planning elements, and design the plant area based on the perspective of urban and rural planning.
