淤泥板框压滤、脱水阶段特征及简化评价指标研究

【摘要】 板框压滤工艺在疏浚泥浆的脱水中广泛应用,板框压滤过程中调理剂种类及用量,往往需要通过实验来确定,然而框压滤脱水试验耗时长、用泥多、效率低下,因此亟需寻找一种能够作为泥浆板框压滤脱水效率的简化评价的试验方法及指标。针对这一问题,进行了多种调理剂调理疏浚泥浆的板框压滤试验和比阻试验,发现不同调理剂调理的泥浆在板框压滤的过滤阶段和固结阶段中,均在过滤阶段就脱出了约80%的水分,且不同调理剂调理的泥浆在过滤阶段脱水速度差异较大,在固结阶段脱水速度几乎没有差异,同时不同调理剂调理的泥浆的比阻所反映的过滤性能和其在板框压滤过滤阶段所表现的过滤性能相对应,因此在未来筛选淤泥板框压滤调理剂的研究中,可以使用比阻作为板框压滤脱水效率的简化评价指标。

【Abstract】 The plate and frame filter press process is widely used in the dewatering of dredged mud. The type and dosage of the conditioner in the plate and frame press filtration process is often determined through experiments. However, the frame filter press dewatering test takes a long time, uses more mud, and is inefficient. Therefore, there is a need to find a test method and index that can be used as a simplified evaluation of the efficiency of mud plate and frame filter press. In response to this problem, this paper carried out plate and frame filter press tests and specific resistance tests of a variety of dredged mud treated with different conditioners. It was found that during the filtration and consolidation stages of plate and frame filter press, 80% of the water is removed in the filtration stage, and the dewatering speed of the mud treated with different conditioners is greatly different in the filtration stage. There is almost no difference in the dewatering speed in the consolidation stage, and the filtration performance reflected by the specific resistance of the mud of different conditioners is corresponding to that is reflected by the filtration performance of the plate and frame filter press filtration stage. Therefore, in the future research of screening plate and frame filter press conditioner, the specific resistance can be used as a simplified evaluation index for the dewatering efficiency of the plate and frame filter press.
