GC-MS测定土壤中15种多环芳烃方法优化研究

【摘要】 建立了加速溶剂提取-Florisil柱净化-气相色谱-质谱分析土壤中15种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。优化了GC-MS、氮吹和Florisil柱净化参数,比较了转溶剂和不转溶剂对目标物回收率的影响。在优化的实验条件下,各目标化合物的方法检出限为0.01~0.08μg/kg,样品的加标回收率为78.6%~106%,精密度为3.6%~9.8%。用该方法测定标准土壤样品和徐州某地农用地土壤样品,标准土壤测定准确,农用地土壤PAHs单体质量分数为nd~147μg/kg,PAHs质量分数为219~770μg/kg。

【Abstract】 A method for the extraction, cleanup, determination of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in soil has been developed by using accelerated solvent extraction and Florisil cleanup coupled with caplillary gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The conditions of instrumental, operating, enrichment, cleanup and the effects of transfer-solvent and non-transfer-solvent were optimized. The results indicated the determination limits of the contaminants were from 0.01μg/kg to 0.08 μg/kg. And the recovery rates of samples were between78.6% and 106%. 7 parallel samples were determined, and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were between 3.6% and 9.8%. This method was applied for the determination of PAHs in the standard soil sample and Agricultural soil in Xuzhou, and the results displayed the results of standard soil measurements are all within the range, the concentration of PAHs congeners ranged from nd to 147μg/kg, and the total PAHs was 219μg/kg to 770 μg/kg.
