太湖蓝藻腐解过程对沉积物重金属迁移转化影响
Effects of Cyanobacteria Decomposition on the Migration and Transformation of Heavy Metals in Sediment in Taihu Lake
【摘要】 为了探究太湖蓝藻腐解对水体、表层沉积物的理化性质和重金属迁移、形态的影响,本实验建立室内模拟装置进行研究分析。研究结果表明,沉积物的存在促进了蓝藻腐解的速率,蓝藻腐解过程也影响了上覆水中pH值和溶解氧(DO)条件,改变了表层沉积物的氧化还原电位和有机质含量。同时,上覆水体和表层沉积物理化性质的变化也进一步影响了重金属(Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Hg,Pb)在沉积物-水界面的迁移和化学形态变化,加大了沉积物的重金属污染程度,增加了潜在生态风险。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of cyanobacteria decomposition on the physical and chemical properties of water and surface sediments, and the migration and speciation of heavy metals in Taihu Lake, the indoor simulation experiments were conducted. The results showed that the presence of sediment promoted the rate of cyanobacteria decomposition, and the process of cyanobacteria decomposition affected the pH value and dissolved oxygen concentrations in overlying water, and change the oxidation-reduction potential, organic matter in surface sediments. Cyanobacteria decomposition can change the total contents and chemical speciation of heavy metals(Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg, Pb) in sediment due to the change of physical and chemical properties in overlying water and sediment, and increase the degree of heavy metals pollution and the potential ecological risk in sediment.
