矿井煤柱的合理确定与巷道支护技术研究

【摘要】 以莒山煤矿ZF306工作面运输顺槽为工程背景,采用数值模拟技术手段对不同煤柱宽度下的巷道围岩应力、塑性区以及围岩变形进行分析。结果表明:护巷煤柱为8 m时巷道周边岩层受力以及变形量处于较好状态。现场实践采用8 m护巷煤柱并优化巷道支护参数进行设计,应用实践表明:巷道围岩变形量最大值为46mm,可以满足综放工作面安全高效回采,并增加资源回收率。

【Abstract】 Taking ZF306 working face of Jushan Coal Mine as the engineering background, the stress, plastic zone and deformation of surrounding rock of roadway under different coal pillar width are analyzed by numerical simulation technique. The results show that the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock strata are in a good state when the coal pillar is 8 m. In field practice, 8 m coal pillar is used to protect roadway and optimize roadway supporting parameters. The application practice shows that the maximum deformation value of surrounding rock of roadway is 46 mm, which can satisfy the safety and high efficiency of mining in fully mechanized caving face, and increase the recovery rate of resources.
