基于ANSA和Abaqus的大型气体绝缘开关设备强度校核与动力学分析

【摘要】 为保证气体绝缘开关(Gas-Insulated Switchgear,GIS)设备在恶劣环境下工作的可靠性,利用Solid Works和ANSA建立GIS设备有限元模型,采用Abaqus进行强度校核和动力学分析.计算设备在温度和气体压力共同作用下的结构响应;动力学分析首先进行模态分析,之后分别采用时程分析和反应谱分析计算在8级烈度地震作用下的结构响应,并比较两者计算结果.计算结果表明:三通和四通安全因数较低,需要改进设计;反应谱分析与时程分析结果一致,表明该GIS设备在地震应力作用下是安全可靠的.

【Abstract】 To ensure the reliability of Gas-Insulated Switchgear( GIS) equipment under the severe environment,a finite element model is built for a GIS device by Solid Works and ANSA,and the strength check and dynamics analysis are performed by Abaqus. The structure response is calculated under the effect of temperature and gas pressure. In the dynamics analysis,the modal analysis is firstly performed and then the structure response is separately calculated by time-history analysis and response spectrum analysis under the earthquake of magnitude 8 and the results are compared. The calculation results show that,the safety factors of three way pipe and four way pipe are lower,which should be improved; the results of response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis are almost the same,which indicate that the GIS device is safe and reliable under the effect of earthquake stress.
