航天器电子元器件疲劳寿命分析
Fatigue life-span analysis on spacecraft electronic components
【摘要】 为研究空间环境效应对航天器电子设备元器件疲劳寿命的影响,应用Miner累积损伤理论及三带宽技术,根据表贴元器件经历的试验、发射和在轨运行等实际环境进行振动及热疲劳寿命分析.给出振动及热循环疲劳寿命的计算方法,并以某BGA(Ball Grid Array)器件为例进行分析.该方法可为长寿命、高可靠的航天器电子设备抗力学及热设计提供分析途径.
【Abstract】 To study the effect of space environment on the fatigue life of spacecraft electronic components,the Miner cumulative damage theory and the three-band technology are used to analyze the vibration and thermal fatigue life-span according to the experienced environment such as test,launch, motion on orbit and so on. A calculation method on the analysis of vibration and thermal fatigue life is proposed and a BGA(Ball Grid Array) component is taken as an example to perform the analysis. The method is an analysis way for the anti-mechanics and thermal design on long life space electronic equipment with high reliability.
