ANSYS软件在齿轮泵静力分析中的应用
Application of ANSYS Software to Static Analysis of Gear Pump
【摘要】 以齿轮泵中高速运转的齿轮为例,采用ANSYS建立齿轮模型。建模前先设置单元类型和材料参数,模型建好后剖分网格,进行有限元计算。通过ANSYS对高速旋转的齿轮径向变形以及齿轮运转过程中齿面受到的压力进行分析,确定其应力和形变的薄弱点,对齿轮泵的设计制造有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the high speed gear is used as an example to establish the gear model by using ANSYS.Before establishing the gear model,the element type and material parameter are set,and after that,the mesh is divided and the finite element is calculated. Through the analysis of radial deformation of the high-speed rotating gear and the operating pressure of the gear surface based on ANSYS,the weak point of the stress and deformation is determined,which is significant for the design and manufacture of the gear pump.
