【Abstract】 In the face of the ecological crisis, some scholars, such as William Rice, blame it on personal values and ways of demand, while others,Jeremy Rifkin, blame it on the energy mechanism on which the industrial revolution relies... None of these arguments really touches on the underlying causes of the ecological crisis. What’s more, some politicians blame the developing countries for the fact that the backward countries should bear the main responsibility for the global ecological crisis, which is an ideological political assertion. So what is the root cause of the ecological crisis? As early as 140 years ago, Marx made a profound analysis in Das Kapital. It is from today’s point of view that these ideas are still important values of the times, and can provide important inspiration for us to understand the ecological crisis of contemporary society.更多还原
