“农村社会工作”课程教学改革——基于“世界咖啡屋”模式的研究

【摘要】 注重实践是社会工作专业的本质任务。"农村社会工作"课程引入"世界咖啡屋"模式恰好能够弥补传授式教学对"实践环节"忽视的不足和缺陷。通过对"世界咖啡屋"模式原则、目的和要求的分析,融入项目教学法、讨论教学法、案例教学法及反思教学法。基于对留守儿童教育扶贫、贫困老人健康扶贫、旅游扶贫与农村社区建设等项目的分析,可以增强"农村社会工作"实践教学的适用性,提升学生的社会工作实践能力,培养社工学生实务取向的研究意识,增加他们对大学生创新创业项目的兴趣和参与度。

【Abstract】 Paying attention to practice is the essential task of social work in the teaching course.The introduction of "world coffee house" in rural social work can remedy the deficiency resulting from that traditional teaching methods neglect the practical experience.Through analyzing the principle,purpose and requirement of world coffee house,classroom teaching can integrate well into teaching method of service project,teaching method of group discussion,teaching method of case study and teaching method of reflection.Based on the analysis of the left-behind children with educational poverty alleviation,the poor old people with healthy helping poverty,the work of poverty relief by tourism and the rural community construction,which can improve the applicability of practical teaching of rural social work,enhance students practical ability,cultivate their consciousness of practical orientation and increasing their interests and participation in college students innovative and entrepreneurship projects.
