火电厂烟气脱硝系统支承结构方案和性能分析

【摘要】 结合华中某火电厂机组脱硝系统支承结构设计,提出了钢结构、圆钢管混凝土柱与钢梁以及方钢管混凝土柱与钢梁组合结构3种方案。采用软件PKPM和SAP2000完成结构的截面设计和内力及位移计算,通过对比分析,研究3种方案的经济性。采用PKPM软件中SATWE模块,对3种方案的结构自振周期、振型、顶点位移、层间位移角和构件在地震作用下的受力情况对比分析,研究3种方案的抗震性能。研究表明,圆钢管混凝土柱与钢梁、方钢管混凝土柱与钢梁组合结构方案相比全钢结构方案,具有更好的经济性和抗震性能,其中圆钢管混凝土柱与钢梁方案经济性和抗震性能最好,建议设计时优先采用。

【Abstract】 In consideration of the design about the supporting structure of the flue gas denitrification systems in thermal power plants,this article proposes three projects of steel structure,composite structures with concrete-filled steel tubular column or square steel tubular column and steel beam. The section design,force and displacement calculation are done by PKPM and SAP2000. This article studies the economical efficiency about the projects according to comparative analysis. The earthquake resistance is studied via the analysis module SATWE in PKPM,according to their natural vibration periods,modes of vibration,top displacements,angles of floor displacement and the force conditions created by seismic action. The research shows that the composite structures with concrete-filled steel tubular column or square steel tubular column and steel beam have better economical efficiency and earthquake resistance among the three projects,and they can be used and popularized in the similar projects in the future.
