近海工程沉桩振动对邻近埋地管道影响的数值模拟和现场监测

【摘要】 为探究沉桩振动对邻近埋地管道安全性的影响,在基于ABAQUS平台数值建模计算和工程现场监测的基础上,就近海工程沉桩振动对邻近埋地管道安全运行可能产生的影响进行了建模探究与比对。研究表明,埋地管道周边质点振动速度峰值和管道位移这两个要素对埋地管道的影响最为直接显著。在此基础上提出了实际工程条件下近海埋地管道在沉桩振动施工下的安全控制标准:埋地管道质点振动速度控制标准为30 mm/s,埋地管道邻近土体水平位移控制标准为10mm。该控制标准在实际工程中取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 To explore the safety of pile driving vibration on adjacent buried pipeline,based on the platform of ABAQUS numerical modeling calculation and engineering on the basis of field monitoring,this paper studies the problem of offshore engineering pile driving vibration on adjacent buried pipeline which may affect safe operation. The results show that buried pipeline surrounding peak particle vibration velocity and pipeline displacement of the two elements of the influence of the buried pipelines are the most significant. On the basis of the proposed method,the engineering under the condition of offshore of buried pipelines under the pile driving vibration in the construction of safety control standard is that when buried pipelines particle vibration velocity control standard is 30 mm / s,buried pipelines adjacent soil horizontal displacement control standards is 10 mm. The safety control standards achieve satisfactory results in engineering practice. The proposed method and its safety control standards provide guidance for similar engineering and research.
