Ⅱ型形状记忆合金——橡胶复合隔震支座的地震响应分析

【摘要】 本文提出了Ⅱ型形状记忆合金——橡胶支座的设计方法,对由Ⅱ型形状记忆合金——橡胶支座与质量块组成的单自由度隔震系统的动力响应进行了分析。结果表明:在自由振动激励下,Ⅱ型SMA——橡胶支座对不同振幅的隔震耗能均效果良好,0°设置的Ⅱ型SMA——橡胶支座在某振幅左右有突出的控制效果,振幅值与Ⅱ型SMA——橡胶支座的弹簧刚度有关;在简谐振动激励下,Ⅱ型SMA——橡胶支座对超过一定频率的高频简谐力有更好的隔震效果;在地震波激励下,无论是0°设置,还是45°设置的Ⅱ型SMA——橡胶支座都具有更优良的隔震耗能效果。

【Abstract】 A design of shock insulation pedestal made by rubber and Ⅱ shape memory alloy(SMA) was proposed in this article.The dynamics response of single degree shock insulation system combined by rubber and II shape memory alloy pedestal and mass module was analyzed.Results showed that the shock insulation effect of Ⅱ SMA-robber pedestal was good under free oscillation.The Ⅱ SMA-robber pedestal with 0° reached outstanding effect at certain swing,which related with the stiffness of spring of II SMA-robber pedestal.The Ⅱ SMA-robber pedestal had better shock insulation effect to high frequency harmonic force at certain frequency under harmonic force condition,and under the seismic wave condition,the Ⅱ SMA-robber pedestal always had good effects whether at 0° or 45°.
