喷墨打印技术制备透明电极

【摘要】 随着市场上对柔性显示面板的关注度逐渐升高,对可弯折、透光率高、导电性好的透明电极需求越来越大.本文利用喷墨打印技术制备了透明电极,同时通过控制间隙距离、打印电压、打印速度、固化时间和温度等工艺参数,得到了透明电极光电性能随固化温度和线宽间隙的变化规律.根据上述变化规律分别给出最优固化温度和最佳线宽间隙距离,制备得到了光电性能良好的透明电极.

【Abstract】 With the increasing attention on flexible display panels in the market,there is a growing demand for flexible,transparent electrodes with high transmittance and good conductivity.In this paper,transparent electrodes were fabricated by inkjet printing technology.At the same time,by controlling the technological parameters such as line gap distance, printing voltage,printing speed,curing temperature and curing time,the rules of photoelectric properties of transparent electrodes changing with curing temperature and line gap distance were obtained.Then,the optimum curing temperature and line gap distance were given according to the above changing rules,and the transparent electrodes with good photoelectric properties were prepared.
