轻钢隔振增层混合结构的抗震研究

【摘要】 轻钢增层改造是众多增层改造办法中最经济便捷的手段之一,但缺点同样突出:由于上下刚度存在突变导致鞭梢效应明显,尤其在增加层数较多的情况下.将层间隔震技术应用在轻钢增层改造中,可以很好地解决鞭梢效应的难题,通过反惯性力和隔震层固有的减震能力协同工作,组成TMD系统从而达到减震的目的.本文从轻钢层间隔震技术的适用范围、优缺点,以及工程实例等方面进行综述.分析表明,轻钢隔震增层结构减震效果显著,施工方便,有很高的发展潜力.

【Abstract】 Adding stories with light steel structures is one of the most economical efficiency and speedy way in adding stories, but the disadvantages is at the same time obviously: Because of the stiffness saltation lead to an evident whipping effect, the effect in direct proportion to the number of adding stories. Storey Isolation can perfectly solve this problem, by the way inertia force and isolation layer work together to become a TMD system, so as to achieve the aim of shock absorption. This paper summarizes the range of application, advantages and disadvantages and project cases. The analysis result indicates adding light steel stories with storey isolation can obviously reduce seismic effect, briefness in constructions and have a good development potential.
