汽车悬架系统参数与振动应力响应量的关系

【摘要】 给定路面输入悬架系统的应力响应是可以确定的。悬架的固有特性、承载件的寿命及系统的可靠性无不与系统参数密切相关。文中以汽车独立悬架系统为研究对象 ,研究了悬架系统参数与振动动静应力 ,得出了参数与各响应的敏感性结论。通过改变参数的匹配 ,可以改进悬架系统设计 ,同时也为参数的最优化设计创造条件

【Abstract】 When the input of the situation of the road is given, the stress response of the automobile suspension system can be defined. The smoothness of the automobile, the intrinsic characteristics of the suspension, the life of the loaded parts and the reliability of the system all have close relationships with the parameters of the system. Taking the independent suspension system as the research object, the relationship between the parameters of suspension system and the response of dynamic and static vibrational stresses and the acceleration of the vehicle have been studied and the sensitivity of the response to the parameters is obtained. Through changing the matching of the parameters, the design of the suspension system can be improved, and this may serve as a basis for the optimization of the parameters .
