【Abstract】 The"Belt and Road"initiative gained wide attention from countries along the line and injected vigor and vitality to the world economy. China has made great efforts and gained a great return on this. Agriculture,which plays a very important role in the economic development of all countries are the foundation. Rich in agriculture leads to the wealth of the country,strong in agriculture leads to the power of the country. The author lists the current situation of circulation of agricultural products in which China and presented countries along the "Belt and Road"initiative,analyses and summarizes the opportunities for the circulation of agricultural products in these countries and makes the correct solutions,drafts policies on the import and export of agricultural products: collect feasible policies for the import and export of agricultural products,initiate the emerging market diversification and free trade zone strategy. The author also proposes that we should make full use of all kinds of resources,carries forward the spirit of teamwork and emphasizes the spread of the community of interests and destiny in this newhistorical period. According to the current international economic situation,the author puts forward the countermeasure about policy guarantee,logistics guarantee and convenient security,initiates putting the Internet and big data,in the"Belt and Road"circulation of agricultural products and providing real-time and various data service for the international circulation of agricultural products in various countries.
