【摘要】 目的探讨地震灾区茂县城区震后7～9周百姓PTSD症状反应情况。方法应用17个条目的 PCL-C[根据《美国精神疾病诊断分类标准》第4版修订(DSM--R)对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的诊断症状标准制定],对条目进行通俗性表达,使老百姓能够理解,也符合对地震后老百姓PTSD的调查,但PCL-C每个条目的基本意思不变,按照1～4的4级评分,通过深入棚区和临时店铺逐棚或逐店进行走访调查,统计时分别按照17个条目的得分、17个条目的总分、17个条目分成的3类症状总分进行,PTSD的症状反应标准是总分达到40分。结果茂县震后7～9周被调查的灾民符合PTSD症状反应标准的阳性率较高(28.33%),女性PTSD症状反应总分比男性要高,差异具有统计学意义(U=-2.75,P<0.01)。结论地震后2个月恰恰是重灾区灾民创伤后应激障碍的形成期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the PTSD symptomatic response of victims from the town of Mao county 7~9 weeks after the earthquake.Methods A 17-item PCL-C scale established in accordance with the PTSD diagnostic criteria specified in the fourth revised edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual on Malestal Disorders by American Psychiatric Association (DSM-IV-R) was adopted. All the items were expressed in popular words so that they could not only be comprehended by victims but also conform to their PTSD symptom reaction after the earthquake. However,the basic meaning of each PCL-C item was invariable. By interviewing and surveying victims in each temporary tent and store,we calculated each item score,the total score and three symptoms score indicated by certain items using a scale-4 evaluation system.The diagnostic score of PTSD symptomatic response was 40.Results The rate detecteion rate of PTSD symptomatic response 7~9 weeks after the earthquake was comparatively high (28.33%).The total score for PTSD symptomatic response was higher in females than in males(u=-2.75,P<0.01).Conclusion PTSD symptomatic response of victims in hardest hit areas ars in 2 months after the earthquake.更多还原
