基于POI的南京市餐饮设施空间格局分析

【摘要】 基于餐饮业POI数据,利用核密度分析、最邻近分析等方法,探究南京市餐饮设施的空间格局及其影响因素。研究结果表明,首先,南京市餐饮设施空间分布总体上呈现"主城区聚集,外围城区分散"的态势,集聚程度较高;其次,外国餐厅类、大众小吃类、传统地方菜类餐饮设施集聚程度大体保持一致,呈现"小聚集,大分散"的一心多点的空间内分布模式;最后,区域经济水平、交通便捷程度、人口数量和密度等是南京市餐饮设施空间格局的主要影响因素。

【Abstract】 Based on POI data of catering industry,this paper uses nuclear density analysis and nearest neighbor analysis to explore the spatial pattern and influencing factors of catering facilities in Nanjing,and reveal its spatial distribution and impact mechanism.The results show that:(1)The spatial distribution of catering facilities in Nanjing is generally concentrated in the main urban area,and the surrounding urban areas are scattered and the concentration is relatively high.(2)The degree of concentration of catering facilities in foreign restaurants,mass snacks,and traditional local dishes is generally consistent,presenting a multi-point spatial distribution pattern of "small aggregation,large dispersion".(3)Regional economic level,traffic convenience,population size and density are the main influencing factors of the spatial pattern of catering facilities in Nanjing.
