【摘要】 绿色发展理念下,实现经济、环境协调发展是促进经济高质量发展的重要途径。河南省引资规模扩大促进了经济增长,但是否对环境带来负面影响尚有待验证,由于外资引入主要集中在第二产业,尤其是制造业,鉴于此,利用历年外商直接投资和工业三废数据进行相关性分析、数据平稳性检验和格兰杰因果检验后发现,外资的引入在一定程度上带来工业废气排放量的增加,外资的引入和工业废水的排放及固体废弃物产生之间则没有明显的相关性,以此提出从优化外资利用产业和行业结构、提高引进外资质量、加快省内第三产业发展及加大环保监督检查力度等实现外资和环境协调发展的建议,促进经济高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the concept of green development, the coordinated development of economy and environment is an important way to promote high-quality economic development. The expansion of the scale of FDI in Henan province has promoted the economic growth, but whether it has a negative impact on the environment remains to be verified. FDI mainly focuses on the secondary industry, especially manufacturing industry. In view of this,a correlation analysis, data stationarity test and Granger causality test are conducted by using FDI and industrial waste data over the years. The result shows that the introduction of FDI brings about the increase of industrial waste gas to a certain extent, however, there is no obvious correlation between the introduction of foreign capital, the discharge of industrial waste water and the production of solid waste. This paper puts forward some suggestions to realize the coordinated development of foreign capital and environment, such as optimizing the industrial structure of foreign capital utilization, improving the quality of foreign capital introduction, speeding up the development of the tertiary industry in the province and strengthening the supervision and inspection of environmental protection, so as to promote high quality development of the economy.更多还原
