【摘要】 边界作为一种自然和体制作用下形成的综合性空间地理要素,如同一堵"看不见的墙"阻碍了跨行政区域的物质交换和能量传递,影响了区域可持续发展,加强行政边界研究具有较强的时代性和迫切性。系统梳理国内外相关研究,发现已有研究存在以下缺憾:重视实证研究,忽视边界作为空间地理要素的理论研究;注重空间尺度,缺乏行政边界尺度转换的探讨;依赖单一方法,欠缺多学科研究方法的交叉与融合。因此,为解决行政边界壁垒面临的现实困境和服务于新时代国家重大战略的新需求,应该重视行政边界领域的理论研究,系统阐释边界作为空间地理要素的本质内涵,重点开展边界区域协调发展的"过程—格局—机制"、不同尺度空间边界区域的政策体系、不同尺度空间行政边界的尺度转换、行政区经济向经济区经济转变的路径等领域研究,加强综合性与系统分析方法、区域性与区域分析方法等运用,建立一套较为完整的、系统的研究方法体系,引领人民生活走向更美好更公平的新时代。更多还原

【Abstract】 Border as a comprehensive spatial geographic element is formed by natural and institutional functions, hinders the material exchange and energy transfer between administrative regions, and affects regional sustainable development.it has strong temporal spirit and urgency to strengthen the research of administrative border. Systematically sorting out the relevant literatures at home and abroad, it has been found that the existing studies have the following drawbacks:emphasizing on the empirical research, ignoring the theoretical study on the border as a spatial geographic element;focusing on the spatial scale, lacking the discussion of the scale conversion of administrative border; relying on a single method, lacking the crossover and integration of multidisciplinary research methods. Therefore, in order to solve the practical difficulties of administrative border barriers and the new requirement for the major strategies of the new era, we should pay attention to theoretical research in the field of administrative border, and systematically explain the essential connotation of border as a spatial geographic element. We should focus on the study of the"process-pattern-mechanism"of coordinated development of border region, the policy system of border region at different scales space, the scale conversion of administrative border at different scales space, and the path of economy transformation from the administrative area to the economic zone and other fields. In order to lead the people’s life toward a new and better era,we should strengthen the application of comprehensive and systematic analysis methods, regional and region analysis methods, and establish a relatively complete and systematic research method system.更多还原
