聚氨酯-钢夹层复合材料结构抗泥石流冲击性能研究

【摘要】 为提高框架结构抗泥石流冲击的能力,在方钢柱中填充聚氨酯材料,形成聚氨酯-钢夹层结构。借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟,分别对聚氨酯-钢夹层结构和纯钢结构在黏性泥石流冲击作用下的各项响应指标进行对比。结果表明,聚氨酯-钢夹层结构承受的冲击力峰值仅稍大于纯钢结构,但位移显著降低,在冲击作用下能保持较好的完整性,应力响应也明显减小,能够更有效地抵抗泥石流冲击作用。

【Abstract】 To improve the ability of frame structure to resist the impact of debris flow,square steel tubular column was filled with polyurethane to form a polyurethane-steel sandwich structure.Numerical simulation was carried out with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to compare the dynamic response indexes of a polyurethane-steel sandwich structure and a pure steel structure under viscous debris flow impact.The results showed that compared with the pure steel structure,the peak value of the impact force in the polyurethane-steel sandwich structure was only slightly larger,however,the displacement was significantly reduced,it can maintain relatively good integrity under impact loads,and the stress response was also obviously reduced,which can make the structure more effectively resist the impact of debris flow.
