内置芯柱组合砌体受压承载力计算分析

【摘要】 提出了内置芯柱组合砌体,进行了受压性能试验,对比分析了内置芯柱对组合砌体受压性能的影响。基于试验,建立了内置芯柱组合砌体受压性能有限元分析模型,分析结果与试验符合较好。计算分析了钢管壁厚、混凝土强度对组合砌体受压性能的影响。研究表明:与普通砌体相比,内置芯柱组合砌体的受压承载力和延性明显提高;提高内置芯柱混凝土强度可提高试件的承载力,但延性略为降低;增加内置芯柱的钢管壁厚,可显著提高试件的承载能力,明显改善试件延性。

【Abstract】 Composite masonry with built-in core columns was proposed in this paper. To study the difference in compression performance between the specimens with or without built-in core columns,the specimens were tested under axial compression load. The finite element modes of the specimens were built based on the tests,the analysis results of the modes are in good agreement with the test results. The finite element models with different concrete strength and steel tube wall thickness of the composite masonry with built-in core columns were built,the effect of the concrete strength and steel tube wall thickness on the compression performance of the composite masonry with built-in core columns were analyzed. Results show that compared with the ordinary masonry,the compression bearing capacity and ductility of the composite masonry with built-in core columns were increased significantly. Increase concrete strength of the built-in core columns can improve the bearing capacity of the specimen,but the ductility reduced slightly,increasing steel tube wall thickness of the built-in core columns,can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the specimen,can improve the ductility of specimens significantly.
