1E级应急柴油发电机模拟绕组模拟地震振动台试验研究

【摘要】 对核电站1E级应急柴油发电机模拟绕组的抗震性能进行了地震模拟振动台试验研究。使用连续白噪声方法,测得发电机模拟绕组在三正交轴上的固有自振频率及阻尼比;根据核电站的楼面地震加速度反应谱,生成人工地震波,对发电机模拟绕组的三正交轴向同时输入模拟地震加速度时程进行激振,分别进行了5次OBE和1次SSE地震模拟振动台试验。在试验过程中发电机模拟绕组件处于停止运行状态,并对比其试验前后的性能数据。试验结果表明:该1E级应急柴油发电机模拟绕组在加速热老化、湿热老化和振动老化后,各项性能指标在抗震试验前后无明显变化,抗震性能满足要求。

【Abstract】 Seismic performance of class 1E emergency diesel generator’s model windings for nuclear power plant was evaluated based on shaking table tests.Dynamic characteristics including orthogonal tri-axial fundamental frequencies and equivalent damping ratios were measured by using the white noise scanning method.Artificial seismic waves were generated corresponding to floor acceleration response spectra for nuclear power plants.Furthermore,five OBE and one SSE shaking table tests for diesel generator’s model windings were performed by using the artificial seismic waves as seismic inputs along the orthogonal axis simultaneity.Diesel generator’ s model windings were monitored and observed during shaking table tests,and performance indexes of diesel generator’s model windings were compared before and after seismic loading tests.The results show that the class 1E emergency diesel generator’s model windings sustain to satisfy the seismic requirements and its performances remain almost consistent before and after thermal accelerated aging,hydrothermal aging and vibration aging test.
