9度区商场建筑隔震与非隔震结构方案选择及经济性分析

【摘要】 隔震技术可以延长结构的固有周期,明显降低结构地震能量的输入。基于以上特点,隔震技术尤其适用于硬土、高烈度区的短周期建筑结构。针对四川省康定地区(9度区,Ⅱ类场地)的某多层商场建筑,采用Etabs分别建立框架-剪力墙结构、小柱网框架结构及隔震框架结构模型,对比隔震结构和非隔震结构的动力反应;并引入工程实践的数据,进行经济性分析,包括直接建设费用和震后修复费用的分析。研究表明,9度区商场建筑采用隔震技术可显著改善结构的抗震性能,通过合理的方案设计还可明显降低直接建设费用和震后修复费用。

【Abstract】 Natural periods of isolated structures become longer and the influence of earthquake on structures thus are effectively reduced.Based on these features,the isolation technology is reasonable to be applied to the short-period structures at the high seismic intensity regions.With a multi-story shopping mall in the city of Kangding,Sichuan Province(Seismic Fortification Intensity 9,site soil of type II),the schemes of a frameshear wall structure,a small-bay frame structure and an isolated frame structure were comparatively analyzed by using the finite element tool,Etabs.Dynamic responses of the isolation structure and non-isolation structures were compared.Economy analysis was also analyzed with empirical data obtained from engineering practices, considering the direct building costs and repair costs after earthquakes.The results show that,with base isolation, the performance of the shopping mall structures on the Zone of Seismic Fortification Intensity 9 is improved effectively,but the direct and repair costs after earthquakes can be reduced for a reasonable structural design.
