约束条件对加劲消能器性能的影响

【摘要】 通过加劲消能器性能试验与工程实际安装情况的对比,指出了两种工况下消能器所受约束条件的差异。选取典型加劲消能器,采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟不同约束条件下的消能器,对比分析了初始刚度、滞回性能和极限位移等消能器主要性能指标。结果表明,在工程实际约束下,消能器耗能片的塑性应变发展速度明显大于试验约束条件下;试验约束下消能器的极限位移为60 mm,而工程实际约束下仅为40 mm;试验误差达50%。这将对消能器在强震下的稳定性产生不利影响。因此,加劲消能器性能试验应尽量模拟工程中实际受到的约束,以正确评估消能器性能。

【Abstract】 The actual state of dampers with added damping was compared with the one in experiment.Some differences existed in the constraint condition between them.A finite element model of the damper with added damping and stiffness was built with ABAQUS to find out the differences of the performance parameters,including yield force,initial rigidity,hysteretic behavior and ultimate drift.The results show that the increment of the strain is different under the two constraint conditions.The ultimate displacement could reach 60 mm in the experimental constraint condition,while the one in actual condition was only 40 mm.The difference was about 50%.This difference can reduce the stability of the damper and lead to a premature failure.Therefore,in order to evaluate the damper’s performance correctly,the constraint condition of experiment must be in accordance with the actual working condition as much as possible.
