【摘要】 非盟会议中心项目按照中国建筑结构规范进行设计。详细比较了中国和埃塞俄比亚两国抗震规范对于地震作用的计算理论。比较建立在相同超越概率(重现期)的基础上,并考虑了荷载组合、材料强度等因素影响。分别按两国抗震规范计算了非盟会议中心办公楼结构所受水平地震作用,对计算结果存在的差异以及产生差异的原因进行深入分析,研究表明,按中国抗震规范进行设计的非盟会议中心项目是满足埃塞俄比亚抗震规范要求的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The African Union Conference Center project was designed based on the Chinese design code.This article gives a detailed comparison between the seismic action calculating methods proposed in Chinese and Ethiopian seismic codes.The comparison was carried out based on the same exceedance probability,by taking into account the load combination and the strength of the materials.Analysis shows that calculating seismic action on the builiding based on the Chinese design is different from that based on the Ethiopian seismic design code,but the design results for the project of African Union Conference Center based on Chinese seismic code are sufficient to meet the requirements of Ethiopian seismic code.更多还原
