杭州来福士广场超高层塔楼结构设计研究

【摘要】 杭州来福士广场项目位于杭州市中心区,主楼为超高层塔楼,地下3层,地上60层,总高度250 m。总结了该塔楼的结构设计要点,包括地震动参数及风荷载取值、结构选型与结构整体分析概况,重点分析了在竖向荷载作用下斜柱的水平变形及斜柱与核心筒之间楼板的应力状态。结果表明,在超高层建筑中,风荷载将会超过地震荷载作用,成为结构设计的水平控制荷载;倾斜程度较大的斜柱在竖向荷载下会产生水平位移,该位移可能对楼板产生不利影响,需通过局部加强措施保证结构的安全性。

【Abstract】 Raffles City tower development building is located in Hang Zhou.The main tower is a super high-rise building,which is 250 meters high with 60 stories and 3 levels of basement.This paper is a summary of key structural analysis issues of the tower,including the preferences of the seismic load and wind load,structural system and the overview of structural analysis.Emphasis was put on the analysis on horizontal displacement of the inclined columns under gravity load and the stress conditions of the floor slabs between the inclined columns and the inner core tube.The results showed that wind load will be the lateral control load on super high-rise building,and the inclined columns with large slope will have displacement under vertical load,which may exert adverse effects on the floor slabs.It is necessary to adopt local strengthening measures for the safety of the structure.
