双向多跨连续索桁架-索网结构静力分析

【摘要】 天津一汽成品车停放场悬索工程是双向多跨连续轴线柱间以劲性索桁架为柔性边界的新型索网结构,该结构双向索桁架正交形成矩形网格,每个矩形网格内为鞍形索网结构。介绍了索桁架-索网结构找形过程和对拉索预应力取值原则的探讨,并应用ANSYS对结构进行了考虑非线性静力分析和极限承载力计算。结果表明,索桁架作为结构的柱间连接,有足够的刚度承担竖向荷载以保证其结构的稳定,索桁架和鞍形索网能够很好地协同工作,结构具有较高安全性能。

【Abstract】 The parking lot of Tianjin Toyota No.1 Automobile Factory is a new saddle-shaped cable net which is composed of rectangular grids formed by orthogonal cable trusses in two ways while inside each of the rectangular grids is a saddle-shaped cable net.In this paper,the form finding process was introduced,the determination rules of pretension value for prestressed cables were explored in this paper,nonlinear static calculation was carried out,and ultimate bearing capacity was analyzed.The results show that cable trusses as intercolumniation connection have enough vertical stiffness to bear vertical load and guarantee the structural stability,and cable truss and cable net can interactively work well.
