【摘要】 目的对玉树地震紧急医学救援队的4项部署要素进行有效性实证分析,为紧急医学救援决策者有效区分决策重点,快速做出部署决策提供科学依据。方法通过自制问卷,运用Kruskai-Wallis秩和检验分析53支紧急医学救援队工作量之间的差异。结果按照α=0.2的检验水准,除部署地点外,其他3个因素,对紧急医学救援队接诊量的影响没有统计学意义。结论在"72小时"内到达并展开,以及合理地选择医学救援部署地点,能使紧急医学救援队实现更高的接诊量,为更多人次的紧急卫生需要提供卫生服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Make demonstration analysis of the general value judgment of dispatch decision-making for disaster medical relief,with which to provide the references of decision-making.Methods We started our effectiveness analysis with a questionnaire of the precise concepts of 4 key elements of dispatch decision-making: the number of emergency medical relief team(EMRT),the situation of medical equipment,reaching the disaster hit area in 72 hours or not,the location of outstation,the days of stay.The data were analyzed with Kruskai-Wallis rank sum test.Results Only the factor as location of the outstation was of signification on influencing the patients visit the service team.Conclusions According to the result of survey,the author believes that reaching the disaster hit area in 72 hours as well as the location of outstation deserves being paid more attention in dispatch decision-making of disaster medical relief.更多还原
