【Abstract】 The author investigated the characteristics and laws of international disaster operation based on the relief operations of Chinese health quarantine rescue team in Haiti.It was analyzed that the current situation of emergency rescue team construction,existing problems and countermeasures from the ideological education,organization and command,devices and equipment,program plans,the team compiled,and key problems.Furthermore, the importance of international aid was raised in diplomacy,military and emergency rescue team which will provide the reference for military hospital to improve medical service capability further.更多还原
