【摘要】 目的:对野战医疗队在汶川抗震救灾中"一专多能"原则的应用情况进行总结。方法:对野战医院救援期间的工作记录随机选取10天分别按照巡诊、门诊患者进行疾病专业统计,选取所有住院患者进行疾病专业统计,对相应巡诊、门诊、病房军医进行专业统计,计算专业符合率。结果:专业符合率分别为巡诊42.9%、门诊63.6%、病房88.8%。统计分析后发现巡诊、门诊、病房专业符合率完全不同,差异具有统计学意义。结论:目前"一专多能"原则对于野战医疗队在汶川抗震救灾中的实际应用具有必要性、可行性、但仍有局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the role of general practitioners in the Wenchuan earthquake rescue.Methods: We sum the patients and doctors respectively from 5 days selected randomized in the medical documents of the Mianzhu earthquake rescue field hospital of the Shenyang Military Area Command.We get the meet rate of specialist.Results: The meet rate of specialist is 42.9%、63.6 %、97.2% respectively.Conclusion: The results suggested that the role of general practitioners in the Wenchuan earthquake rescue is Necessary,feasible,but there are still some limitations.更多还原
