【摘要】 四川汶川地震发生后,大量伤员转运至全国各地救治,给各大医院的应急保障能力带来巨大挑战。本文结合具体实践,从组织体系、救治实施两个方面展开,对地震后送伤员救治的组织管理方法进行了探讨。实践证明,在救治组织上,完善的应急预案,坚强的集体领导,是整个救治工作迅速展开、有序进行的重要保证。在救治实施上,科学的救治方案,全方位的综合治疗,是救治工作取得成效,确保治疗效果的关键所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the earthquake took place in Wenchuan,Sichuan Province,a large number of the wounded were transferred to different provinces of the country to get cured,which would bring great challenges to the emergency system of the hospitals.According to the practice,the author discussed the methods of management on treatment of the transferred wounded in Earthquake from the two aspects: the organize system and the treatment process.The practice had proved that the perfect beforehand emergency program and the powerful leadership were the guarantee for the whole treatment to be carried out in time and smoothly,and the scientific treat schemes and overall treatment were the key factors to realize good curative results.更多还原
