【Abstract】 Hospital located in earthquake area carried out medical relief for the wounded timely with the situation of being affected seriously by the disaster,as have conquered difficulties of communication-break and the lack of staff,goods and materials.We set up effective organization-directed system and the procedure of medical relief rapidly.Therefore,we accomplished the mission of early-stage rescue successfully.In this article,the experiences which summarized from the organization-directed work would provide reference and lessons for the medical support in the non-military action.更多还原
