【摘要】 目的探讨地震后送伤员的伤情特点与相应的护理对策。方法回顾性分析2008年5月26日至28日汶川地震后收治的34名后送伤员的具体伤情特点、救治过程和护理对策。结果34名伤员身体状况明显改善、伤情平稳,心理状况良好。结论突发大地震伤员伤情复杂,常伴有严重的多发伤及内科并发症。早期、全面、系统评估伤员的全身情况,及时制定合理的护理对策,适宜的心理干预,是提高治疗效果及康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the injuries characteristics and nursing strategy of earthquake casualties transferred to rear hospitals.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 34 casualties who had been transferred to our hospital after Wenchuan earthquake from May 26 to May 28,2008.Their injury conditions,remedy,and nursing strategy were investigated.Results All the earthquake casualties survived with improved physical and mental conditions.Conclusion The state of injury in the earth quake casualties was usually complicated and combined with severe multiple injuries and systematic complications.Early,accurate and overall assessment of systematic condition,proper nursing strategy,and reasonable mental intervention were essential for improving their therapeutic efficacy and rehabilitation.更多还原
